AP55 going offline (solid orange light), required physical reboot to recover

So just raising this as I don't know what happened and I cant see anything other than the original alert in the Cloud Dashboard. At 11:42AM on May 8 one of my AP55 units went offline (<SN deleted by Sophos>, forward access logs was enabled so you might be able to find something)

When inspected this evening the AP55 had a solid orange light and I pyhsically rebooted it just after 8pm this evening May 9.

It might be an odd transient thing, but as I am running beta and the forward logs option was already enabled I wanted to raise it may be you can see what happened. Its almost like it lost access to the cloud, however the other 2 AP55 units were OK.

  • Solid orange/red means that it cannot reach the backend. Was it good again after the reset?

  • It seems OK now, will keep an eye on it. it is in the same VLAN and has the same policy as the other two AP's through the XG firewall so I am not sure why it on it's own lost connectivity and I know no network changes where made at the time.

Will just keep an eye on it.

    Thanks
