v21 EAP: Can't establish HA - Interface Port "Source: Port1"

I cannot establish HA between two brand new XGS136 SFOS 21

Error: Can't establish HA. Both devices must use the same HA passphrase and dedicated HA link IP addresses that belong to the same network.

Network Settings are correct.

But on the to-be-Aux node, the Interface I choose Port10 looks strange.

What does Source: Port1 mean? Never seen that.

Both machines have been reimaged with USB stick before HA Setup.

Btw. the Aux machine did also not automatically register to Central using ZeroTouch Setup.

One other strange observation: the Aux node has a completely different PSU that the other. I have never seen such PSU. It looks some kind of cheap quality.

    Did you work with Backup / Restore here? 

    SFOSv21.0 uses a different ordering. Instead of ordering the interfaces in the GUI via Port1-10, it uses the Names to order. 

    The source simply shows the real backend hardware. 

    So here, Port1 and Port10 are used.

    yes Port 1 and Port 10. Thats my config default. I did not use backups.

    Maybe the ZeroTouch misconfigured something. I have now factory reset it and try again.

    But again, Port10,11 and 12 look not normal. See here:

    same after re-image. That device has some problems or was used in some strange tests before shipped to us

    can you move this to the normal Firewall Forum as it is not specific to v21 (EAP). That machine has the same issue with v20 SFOS.

    btw. RMA should be on the way
