XG105W Customers

Minimum 4 GB of RAM are required to run new DPI feature. Indeed, I have 4 GB and v18 crashes when DPI is enabled.

At least, RAM upgrade should be possible.

Bitter about this as well. I literally purchased an XG105 rev 3 not even 6 months ago from one of Sophos main distributors to use as a demo unit. Guess I'm not going to be demoing V18 to any customers with it...great

Anyways ya I put 4GB in another XG105 and you cannot install v18 as the software checks the hardware model too.

XG85/w and XG105/w models are not supported for SFOSv18 as SFOSv18 required 4GB minimum ram.

We would recommend you to evaluate SFOSv18 with software iso image.
