Firmware upgrade functionality through UP2Date server issue is resolved in SCFM. Please try to upgrade the SFOS firmware using check for latest firmware functionality. If you face any issue, please revert back to me.

All our units are currently 100% up-to-date. I'll need to wait until the next firmware update is released before I can confirm if it's working or not.

Good timing! A new firmware was just released this morning. 

I've checked a few of our XG units, and they've got the new firmware sitting there, ready to download. I just logged onto our Sophos Central Firewall Manager, and when I go to Firmware, it still shows, "No Records Found". I tried clicking, "Check for Latest Firmwares", but it made no difference.

I have checked the issue and found Firmware showing on Firmware page when i click on check for latest firmware in SCFM.

Firmware upgrade through UP2DATE service is enabled up-to SF 16.05 MR1 (16.05.1.139) version .

Please provide your XG devices firmware version. If your XG devices firmware version is SF 16.05 MR1 (16.05.1.139) then it will show No Records Found.

All of our XG units are 16.05 MR1. So you're saying that this feature won't always be up-to-date? MR2 was released yesterday; when will that be available through the firmware updater?

Firmware upgrade functionality through UP2DATE is enabled for SFOS GA version only. SFOS 16.05 MR1 is the last GA version.

16.05 MR2 is not GA version. It is release for the selected partner and customer.

We deployed a new XG unit last week, and added it to our SCFM. I've been checking for new firmware every day since we deployed it, but nothing shows in SCFM still. It's only on SFOS 16.01.3 MR-2, which means it should show 16.05 MR1, correct?

If I log onto the XG unit itself, I can download it, but it's still not showing in the SCFM.

Can you please assist?

I have verified the issue and found Firmware SFOS 16.05 MR1 is display when we click on check for latest button and when SFOS 16.01.3 MR-2 device added in CFM.

Can you try one more time?  Please wait for 5-6 minutes after clicking on check for latest firmware button.

I clicked "Check for Latest Firmwares", waited 15 minutes, and still nothing. I logged out, logged back in, did the same thing again, and still nothing.

All I get is "No Records Found."

Is your SFOS device sync in CFM? Can you please email me (ravi.b.patel@sophos.com) serial number of SFOS 16.01.3 MR-2 device so i can check with CFM team.

CFM Team has found solution for issue NCCC-4924. CFM v16 will be released in last week of April-2017 which will cover this issue.

CFM instance is upgraded to CFM v16 today. Your issue is covered in this upgrade. Please check the status of the issue.
