Heartbeat trial ended - Services status is dead and red icon

Hi All,

I have tried Security Heartbeat for 30 days and now the trial period expired. On dashboard the service icon is red and clicking it brings me to System Dashboard menu where "heartbeat service status says dead".

Restarting the XG does not help and there is no way to stop the service too using Web GUI.

Anyway to remove this alert?

The issue still exsists on MR2.

Hi, Heartbeat required NWP subscription on XG. Might be possible that if you extend NWP trial, then disable heartbeat?

I have tried the trial and now it is ended, but the heartbeat service is dead and XG complains about that. It should know that trial has ended and stop the service.

Restarting does not help.

Any updates to this issue? I have the same problem. I am not using this service so telling me the service is dead on the dashboard is a nuisance.
