Websecurity - Bericht auf ASG220 funktioniert nicht

Guten Tag,

wir haben Probleme mit Berichten bei einer nagelneuen ASG 220 - Ver. 8.103

- WebSecurity ist eingerichtet und unter "Erweitert" mit Haken bei besuchte / blockierte Seiten protokollieren

- Allgmein ist als Auth Active Directory SSO eingetragen - entsprechend im DC gereggt, etc. - das funktioniert alles sauber

- bei Websecurity erscheint in der Tagesstatistik (seit Tagen - also nicht nur heute) bei allen fünf Bereichen "Für diesen Bericht stehen keine Daten zur Verfügung)

- alle anderen Berichte unter dem Hauptmenüpunkt Berichte - insbesondere was Netzwerkverkehr anbelangt funktionieren einwandfrei.

Hätte jemand eventuell eine Idee für uns?

    (Sorry, I can't get my German-speaking brain working!)

    You might try reindexing from the command line:

    # psql -Ureporting -c"reindex database reporting;" reporting
    # psql -Ureporting -c"vacuum;" reporting



    Since you have a commercial environment, you likely will want to have your reseller open a ticket with Astaro Support (if the foregoing doesn't fix the problem).  I don't know if they can delete-initialize only the Web Security reporting, so they might have to delete all of your reporting history to repair WebSec reporting.

    vielen Dank - aber - das erste läuft durch und bringt leider nichts - das zweite kriege ich nicht zum laufen - bin loginuser per ssh mit cert drin - per su und pass hoch und dann gebe ich das ein - es kommt ein warning "only superuser can vacuum it"

    Könnte mir hier noch jemand helfen?
