Sophos FW has stopped opening on Chrome Web Browser

I would recommend checking the logs when accessing Google. Any error indicated? Screenshots?

Also, kindly try creating an allow test policy on the top rule without any web filter.

I think the OP was trying to access the webadmin interface of the firewall with "Google Web browser" as he called it (Chrome?)

eFrancis : Is this a rather small firewall model or do you have a heavy load on that device?

I never observed such a symptom since V19.x.
