Sophos Red 20 General Internet Access

Hi, 

We have a RED 20 device that we recently purchased as a test device before looking to set multiple up across different sites, however we have found that our organisation's manual proxy blocks any internet access to anything not included in the proxy list. 

Our RED is running in Standard/Split mode and connection to our domain works as expected (access to internal resources etc.). There are no dedicated rules set up in our Rules & Policies for the RED as we have tried a combination of these to get around the internet issue but with no luck.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue and know how to set this up correctly to allow internet access outside of the proxy?

    Sorry, I'm having trouble understanding your problem.
    Which part of the network has an "Internet problem"?
    Do you mean the devices behind the RED can't access the Internet?
    With standard/split, these devices would bypass the RED and access the Internet directly. There's nothing else that can be configured on the firewall.
    I would use "standard/unified" and then use the firewall to control what is allowed to access the Internet from the RED network.
