Sophos Red 20 General Internet Access

Hi QCHA ITSupport  RED uses the below domain and service ports for connectivity and communication, Please check adding them in exclusion in your proxy list to see if that allows the connectivity of the RED tunnel with the Firewall.

Sorry, I'm having trouble understanding your problem.
Which part of the network has an "Internet problem"?
Do you mean the devices behind the RED can't access the Internet?
With standard/split, these devices would bypass the RED and access the Internet directly. There's nothing else that can be configured on the firewall.
I would use "standard/unified" and then use the firewall to control what is allowed to access the Internet from the RED network.

Unfortunately this did not work and the guides you provided also did not help.
