I have a really old queued mail found within mail spool.
in this case the email is not (was not) important, but how can that happen?
In the meantime, many new emails have been delivered from the same sender to the same recipient.
I'm asking because a customer had the same problem with "important" emails. Support couldn't/didn't really want to help.
One place to start would be to monitor it. Where could I find information about undelivered emails?
Ideas, hints ...?
