Hi,
I have just enabled access with MFA for a trial ssl vpn user.
The QR code is generated during the first login and registered correctly in the Sophos Authenticator app, thus obtaining the 6-digit code.
During the next login, that is with user/password+mfa code, the login attempt fails.
The problem was present with both firmware 17.4 and with the current XG125 (SFOS 20.0.2 MR-2-Build378) (specially updated).
The steps followed for activation are the same as those retrieved from this link:
Sophos Firewall: Users unable to authenticate via OTP
The logs do not report any particular errors, except an error of incorrect credentials (but for certainty username, password and otp code are correct).
What could be the problem? Are there any missing steps?
