Template failing to apply

I have a template that is failing to apply to ONE firewall. It applies to the other SIX firewalls without any problems.

Ok. Great. Let's go see what the issue is.

So I click "retry" and it just fails again.

Anyone know how can I find out what is failing and why? Documentation and Google ain't much help.

For importing, Central supports an mouse over: Could not import the configuration from the selected firewall - Sophos Central

Could you try the same for the pushing?

You can also go to this firewall and try to download the apiparser.log.

Just has this on the main screen

There is no mouse over event on this section

Nothing in the apiparser.log at all

Done.

Note that same problem on a number of firewalls for different customers, randomly. Template has applied fine to 100+ but failed on around 20 of them.
