We took on the network of one of our company branches. We are managing a Sophos firewall that was registered in the name of the seller. The problem is, we can't reach this seller, and I can't open a ticket because my information doesn't match the seller's registered information.
I have all the sale information, invoice, serial number, and more.
I'd like to know if it is possible to update the registration information on the firewall appliance.
