We currently have the problem that our customer has an HA configured with two XGS2100 and after a restart / failover test one of the fiber ports remains down and thus the entire network is paralyzed. As soon as I restart the firewall, the Auxiliary Sophos takes over cleanly. When the primary Sophos is back, the entire network is down, as one of the two LAG ports is displayed as unplugged. As soon as I physically unplug the fiber optic cable and plug it back in, everything works again as usual. I have already found another entry in the forum that describes exactly my problem, but there is no solution here.
