Can not register Sophos Central

Thank you for reaching out to the community, you can follow the following steps via CLI Menu > Press 5 for the device management > Press 3 for advance shell: 

>  To find out the status: central-register --status  
>  To de-register: central-register --unregister

Likely your account was created while the migration to Central in OCT.

The easiest way to get this sorted is to create a customer care ticket with central.

The registration was done last 2 weeks.

No as it is not allowed because of the Home Licence for the Firewall.
I thought Login would be free and all additional services would have a fee

Hi,

you can register in Central as a home user, there is reduction in functionality that you have access to. You cannot export logs and reports, logs are only kept for 7 days. The software update function is not available, these are just a couple of examples.

You can use Central management for firewalls for free. Simply start the trial and after 30 days, the trials will expiry and leave you with Central Firewall management only.
