XGS - SSL VPN not working from neighbouring WAN IP (hosted offices)

Question

Hi I have customer with SSL VPN working fine 99% of the time. 
 
 However users cannot connect from the same WAN subnet. 
 
 Ie say the WAN IP of the XG is 85.85.12.5/27 
 If a user tried to VPN from anoter network which is on the same ISP (ie 85.85.12.6/27) the VPN wont connect

Any pointers please?

There must be filtering on the ISP end, you can check the portscan here...

Hi Simon Wilks , Thank you for reaching out to the community, on what Port SSL VPN is configured? Ensure ISP has that Port open on the subnet instead of on a certain IP.

Hello Simon, 
 this is a configuration detail you should discuss with your hosting provider, I agree with Vivek at this point. 
 Is this the same tenant / customer at the hosting site? 
 Maybe they separated these IPs intentionally.
