Hi everyone, I have a bit of a situation here.
I have tow firewall XGS2100 Version 19.0.2 MR2 in a HA cluster, I tried to upgrade them to 19.5 MR4 Build718 . after one day the LAN zone lost the internet connection . I tried to reboot the firewall but still have the same problem , I have checked if there is any problem on the core switch , the switch work normally, there are no problem also on the ISP link ,all the packets stops on the firewall . after that I downgrade to the old version 19.0.2 , and reboot the firewall , then the LAN restores the internet connectivity and every things works perfectly .
I have never experienced any issues like this .
Is there anyone had this problem before ?, is it recommended to update to this version ?
