Thank you for reaching out to the community, you can refer - network.
console> show network lag-interface
------------------------------------------------
console> set network lag-interface
Allows you to set various parameters for any configured lag interfaces. Where the variable is stated as value, the available values are as follows:
down-delay: 0-10000 milliseconds
garp-count: 0-255
monitor-interface: 0-10000 milliseconds
up-delay: 0-10000 milliseconds
And errors can be found under the syslog.log and networkd.log
