Unable to reach site. hep2go.com - Stops at last hop

We cannot ping or complete a tracert to hep2go.com

This is site is accessible/pingable from other firewalls.

We have the site and IP whitelisted.

The tracert stops at the last hop.

Any ideas?

What does Log Viewer > Web Filter and Policy Tester shows about the site? Does this happen to all users on the network or only selected users?

Are you pinging and tracing the FQDN?, have you tried changing and testing other DNS settings?

Also, could you try accessing the site using a FW rule w/o Web Filter, IPS and App Control?
