Request for Assistance: Upgrading Sophos Connect via Group Policy (GPO)

I have reviewed the script, and it appears to be designed for first-time installations. I am seeking guidance on how to upgrade from SophosConnect_2.2.90.msi to SophosConnect_2.3.0.msi using Group Policy (GPO). As of now, the Sophos XGS Firewalls do not support the automatic upgrade of VPN clients, unlike other firewalls.

The auto upgrade of the Sophos connect client is currently in discussion as of now no ETA - NCL-1509.

This would be a Feature Request; I'd recommend you reach out to your Account Manager, Sales Engineer, or Sales Representative so that they can enter this request into our system. You can also log a support case so that our support representative can help link that FR to the account. 

Additionally, you can use the in-product feedback in the Sophos Firewall located in the Top Menu Bar.

I have noticed references to NCL-1509 in your responses to other queries dating back two years. I am curious as to why it remains unresolved and still under discussion.

Additionally, there is no ETA for the implementation of this feature. It would be greatly appreciated if Sophos could provide a clearer timeline.

May I also suggest considering a poll-based approach to prioritize feature requests based on user needs?

So, far we do not have an ETA on this, but yes there is already an existing FR - SC-I-13. Which you can track with your  Account Manager, Sales Engineer, or Sales Representative.
