Hello, In recent days I updated the Firewall firmware, however the end user cannot establish an SSL-VPN connection, I have uninstalled the previous version of SSL (Semaphore) and installed Sophos Connect.
Now what happens is that the Sophos connect client returns the message "Please wait while the connection is established." From the Firewall I can see that the connection is achieved, but in Sophos Connect it does not end up telling the user that it has connected.
Could you help me know what I should do about it?
