VPN-SSL connection not established after firmware update

Hello, In recent days I updated the Firewall firmware, however the end user cannot establish an SSL-VPN connection, I have uninstalled the previous version of SSL (Semaphore) and installed Sophos Connect. 
Now what happens is that the Sophos connect client returns the message "Please wait while the connection is established." From the Firewall I can see that the connection is achieved, but in Sophos Connect it does not end up telling the user that it has connected.
Could you help me know what I should do about it?

    Which firewall do you have, and which version of SFOS and the connect client do you have?

    Hello,
Nice to greet you, the firewall is a Model XG 230 device.
The version is SFOS 20.0.1 MR-1-Build342 currently active, 

    The Connect client is:
Sophos Connect 2.3.0.0506
Strongswan Service 5.95
Open VPN Service 2.6.10.0

    How did you check this ? Does the user show up in the live users ?
