Mac book pro disconnect from Sophos AP 100C

Thanks for reaching out to Sophos Community. 

Was this previously working before? or newly deployed setup? If previously working fine before, are there any changes occurred in the network (firmware upgrade, config change) prior this issue? How many SSIDs do you have? have you tried connecting to a different one? Does this happen in 2.4 or 5G? 

Also when they disconnect, can they connect back? Also, are there any specific time duration they're able to connect and be disconnected again? or they cannot connect at all? Do you have any Sophos endpoint installed on the Macbook pros?
