Sophos 18.5.5 (FIPS) to Microsoft Azure Local Network Gateway

So I've seen some articles around on how to setup a Sophos to Azure site to site using tunnel interface, however all my research and talking with Sophos indicates this can only work if the Sophos firewall has a static IP on the WAN. In my scenerio, the Sophos has a Dynamic WAN address and using DDNS configured on the Sophos. I've tried everything I can think of to get the Sophos DDNS site to site or tunnel interface connect to Azure with no luck. On the Azure side, I've had to use the DDNS address configured on the Sophos but that VPN connection never gets established. I've talked to Sophos and Microsoft. Does anyone have this actually setup and working?

I've followed 2 separate Sophos articles.

Thanks
