Sophos Connect - Sophos TAP Adapter unidentified network

Question

Every time I wanted to connect to a VPN via Sophos connect the connection was established for the first time but then the Sophos TAP Adapter card displayed unidentified network, The temporary solution is to deactivate/activate the card to be able to connect Do you have a solution please?

Hi Amine SAHNOUN , I discussed this issue internally with one of the SCC developer, and it appears to be similar to the Sophos connect - unidentified network ... again Could you please check the solution mentioned above? Using PowerShell (run as administrator), you can try the following command: 
 Get-NetAdapter -InterfaceDescription "Sophos TAP Adapter" | Set-NetIPInterface -InterfaceMetric 1
