SOPHOS XGS LICENSE ISSUE

Question

I previously was running on an evaluation license on my sophos xgs and when i got the subscribed license, i aplied the license key and the expiration date changed to a year later which is correct but then the status is still showing EVALUATING, what could this mean?

this is now fixed as per the latest release notes:

Hi Gbemileke, 
 My client once encountered the same problem. 
 You may notice that the license of base firewall is not subscribed, this will make all snat rules do not work. 
 The only solution is to open a case and ask the support team to adjust the authorization validity time.
