XGS 107 Live user Un detected

Dear community, 

A deployed  XGS 107, with the following configuration;

  • Ports LAN and WAN Connected
  • Gateway firewall -Routing & DHCP Enabled.

Fails to show Live users ( data) whereas Live Connections are detected in the Network traffic.

 

  1. How can I achieve having live users listed to allow me to determine traffic rules for them..?
  2. Where can I find connected nodes on my wireless network by their IP/ Mac Address.?

    Hi Vivek,

    Thanks for your prompt response. Philips who setting up this system is my colleague.

    The user is a small company of about 5 users running a wireless workgroup setup (no domain). What would be the most ideal authentication method to use?

    Secondly, Apple devices have not been able to connect to the Wi-Fi with an IP issued by Sophos.

    Will appreciate your assistance.
