Sophos Firewall XDR Firmware Update

Hi,

In Sophos firewall, in the latest available firmware, I have two Firmware versions (SFOS 20.0.0 GA-Build222, SFOS 19.5.3 MR3-Build652) available for download.

If I click 'download', will it take immediate effect and download as external file and be 'Installed'? How will it affect my current active firmware?

Will the newly installed firmware replace the current active firmware or the previous version firmware?

Do I have to re-configure anything after the process?

Thank you Vivek Jagad , if I were to follow as described in 1.) Move to a different firmware version. will existing configurations will carry over to new firmware version from current active firmware? or Do I have to re-configure through backup method?

Hey Admin_Vanna - existing configurations will carry over to new firmware version, just ensure to take a backup before upgrading as a healthy practice
