stats service error with code 1053 windows server 2003

i have error with stas service error with code 1053 windows server 2003 couldn't be start for first time to join ad to firewall

any feedback why sever windows 2003 didn't accept sophos transparent authentication

Hello Ahmed El Gebaly ,

Thank you for reaching out to the community, Event ID 1053 is logged when you use the Gpupdate /force command, or you restart a domain controller. This looks like a system level issue and has nothing to do with the STAS service, the event ID of kerberos 672 is what you should be looking forward to, as that would be used in windows server 2003 and for NTML the event id would 680 for windows server 2003.

Did you login with the original/Default Administrator account on windows server 2003 ?

yes do that and also same error that error related with service mode with sophos and server 2003

If you are using the STAS v2.5 then . STAS 2.5 and later supports Windows Server 2008R2, 2012R2, 2016, and 2019.
