Wan Port Automatic down  of sophos xgs 2100 firewall.

what is solution.

    Thanks for reaching out to Sophos Community. 

    Could you elaborate more of your issue? By 'Automatic down' do you mean WAN Port goes down on specific time periods or frequently down during the duration of the day then comes back up? or it went down and never came up?

    Have you tried connecting directlty with a PC/Laptop on the ISP router and check if the issue is on the ISP side? 

    Also, could you check is WAN port is set to Full Duplex/1500 MTU? Is this a VPN connection or just WAN Link to internet?

    If none of the above should work and WAN Link is down and ISP is proven to be up. Kindly open a support ticket for this to be further investigated, then please share with us caseID on this thread.
