Due to the company's internal security policy, the account named admin cannot be used, so the name must be changed.

Thank you for reaching out to Sophos Community.

Unfortunately, disabling the admin account isn’t yet possible. This would be a feature request. This is under SFSW-I-1541/SFSW-I-868. I would recommend contacting Sophos Support to have this input into your account.

Hi,

an alternative to using the ADMIN account is create access via Central Management.
