Cant send emails using smtp2go in XG 210 but works on XGS 136?

Hi everyone,

I'm setting up email notifications on an XG 210 that I copied from an XGS 136.

The 136 works fine, but the 210 simply won't work?

Hi Martin,

Thank you for reaching out to Sophos Community.

Kindly try to compare the Configuration between both Firewalls(SMTP server, port, sender email, and recipient addresses etc.) if there is any difference.

check if the 210 can access the said SMTP Server

Double-check the Authentication

Any Logs or errors found in that might assist us?

Thanks Erick,

I changed the send to email address to a personal gmail account and it works.

So it won't allow me to send to the same work email as per the video.
