1:1 SNAT Nat possible with Sophos XG

Hi,

we migrated our SG to an XGS.

After this we have the problem that we can not migrate this 1:1 NAT map source rules:

www.sult.eu/.../

We use this rules to forware a IPSEC VPN remote network to an XGS headquarter firewall transfer network and from this firewall to another destination network and back.

The sophos support mean that the SFOS do not support a 1:1 Source NAT?

But for our customer this is very important.

Did somebody knows a workaround for this scenario?

Thanks and Best regards

  • Hello Vivek,

thanks for the answer, and there is no workaround for the problem: put a SSL VPN remote network or VLAN  to a second IPSEC VPN tunnel with one NATed network?

I am very sure, that we are not the only customer that have this problem after the XGS migration.

A route based VPN is not a solution, where the other party is not interested in what is behind my network?

    Best regards
