After firmware update 19.5.3 MR3-Build652 - Rules and communication failure

It was on version 19.5.2 MR-2-Build624, but after updating to 19.5.3 MR3-Build652, my communication failed, internal network, internet, etc. After the restore, communication stabilized and returned to normal. Has anyone gone through this?
