Routing between 2 Branch Offices

Have you tried to use any how-to videos, documentation, Sophos Assistant, or KBA to try to check the issue?

Kindly check the following KB for Hub & Spoke which might assist you.

For not using DDNS, it would seem that you need to manually update the VPN configuration at the head office and branch whenever the public IP address changes.

This will be much harder to maintain.

I would recommend contacting your Sales Partner/Engr to further assist you with all of your requirements in your environment.
