Outlook translator feature blocked

Hi,

Outlook translator feature isn't working; I received this error, as seen in the below photo, and was unable to find out how to allow the traffic for the Outlook translator tool As I add my IP address to any destination + any port. The translation works fine.

I have searched over the internet for domains and IPs to allow, but nothing works.

Yeah, I found this URL: https://augloop.office.com/ , communicate from my device when using the tool. and it's allowed in the web-filter. but I used the IP instead and I added it to one of the allow rules…

Thank you for reaching out to the community, you can configure web exceptions for Office 365. Additionally you can refer Office 365 URLs and IP address ranges.

Unfortunately, it didn't work. It seems that there are new URLs or IPs because it was working before but suddenly stopped for all users.

When using the tool do you see any new urls or IP under the log viewer web-filter ?

Perfect, glad this helped, additionally you can also add the following regex url under the exceptions:
^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?augloop\.office\.com/
