our customer use a Sophos XGS3100 (SFOS 19.5.3 MR-3-Build652) and we have configured STAS according to best practice. Two DCs with Agent and two member servers with collector. Connection works fine and there is no firewall woh blocks the traffic. For most users, everything works fine so far. However, there are users who get a login prompt when they go online. It can then be that it works again the next day. When the login comes, the users are logged in as live users on the firewall. But it appears that the data is being completely ignored. In the DC there is also the matching Kerberos event, of course, otherwise the user would not be among the live users. WMI and Registry Verification on the IP runs through without problems. But I have no clue what the problem is or what else I could try.
