Microsoft Teams Call Disconnecting often

Dear all, 
 We are having XG450 Firewall in High Availability and the we have the latest firmware installed... We are facing Microsoft Teams call is disconnecting intermittently under our Sophos XG450 Firewall. I tried all the following settings for the Teams call ... 
 
 1. Disabled ATP 
 2. Removed Web / Application Filter / IPS to the Users for testing.. 
 3. Disabled SSL / TLS Inspection. 
 4. Assigned Single ISP for the Microsoft Teams USERS in SD_WAN. 
 5. Checked ISP for Latency / Packet loss and it seems ok. 
 
 But Google Meet / Zoom Calls are working Perfectly here and Teams Call is not working.. 
 
 Kindly suggest what else i need to check / diagnose to resolve the problem..

Then my personal experience, i use MS Teams on a daily basis and regularly have to deal with these disconnects. After examining the TLS/SSL log i often find entries that apply to Teams.

I hav added an extra exception rule and this contains several regex entries but also several Ip ranges (and thes cause most of the disconnects)..
