CAN'T REGISTER SOPHOS XGS 116

I'm experiencing difficulties registering the Sophos model XGS116. This firewall has already been claimed in Sophos Central. When I attempt to click "Continue" after connecting to the internet, the page simply keeps loading and then returns to the same page.

Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

please remove your serial number. Next please check the time on the XG.
