Hi, We are experiencing an issue with certain Sophos connect clients on windows 11, most of the windows 11 machine work fine , except for 2 or 3 random machines. When connecting the sophos connect client, it does not show connected , only the connect button appears. but when admin is viewing from the firewall, it shows the user is connected and from the users desktop, you can ping all the services and access all the apps. the problem is , that the client shows that it is not connected. removing and re-installing works for 2 weeks ,and the problem occurs again. shows connect , but the vpn is active and working. This creates a problem , because the user does not know if he/she is connected and they continue to try to connect and the client gives them a gateway error, but in actual fact they are connected. the flip side to this , is how to disconnect the session, as the session has not way to show disconnect.
does any have this problem , and is there a permanent fix to it other than removing the software and re-installing every time the problem occurs.
