Sophos XG Clientless VPN will not connect to bookmarks

I have been setting up the Clientless VPN, but I have not had a lot of luck getting connected to bookmarks.

The assets I am trying to connect to live inside of a VLAN. I have confirmed they are up and I can connect locally.

I am ipv6, and I am using an IPV4 to IPV6 port service to bring up the site for IPV4. I have registered the user portal with dynV6 and used lets encrypt to bring the client portal up with encrypted https://

I'm not sure if I need a firewall rule, but I think I might have some issues with the port translations.
