Our Sophos XG acutally moves much mails to quarantine which are not spam.
For me, it looks like most of them are sent by automated mailsystems (a lot of them are invoices from partners, sent automatically to our invoice-Mailbox)
The big Problem is, our Firewall shows a cryptic sender like
bounces+2574897354-sdf4fz@sys.mailjet.com
Sometimes in this cryptic sender-adress, i can the parts of the recipients mailadress, but this is not always given.
Also, the sender-adresses aren't always the same, they're changing.
Because of this, i can't whitelist them.
The Fun-fact is, once those mails are released, in the Mailbox of the recipient, there is a correct sender like "noReply@domain.com" shown.
Is there any possibility to get those Mails whitelistet?
