Over the last couple of weeks, we've been having an issue where a website that is whitelisted properly is getting miscategorized and being blocked as category none.
As you can see in the picture below, the URL that the Sophos Firewall is processing is completely different than the valid URL that is in the browser window. (Leaving that out on purpose as the URL is our EHR software) The strange thing is this only happens at 1 facility out of our fifteen sites that have the exact same policies applied from Sophos Central. Rebooting the firewall fixes it for about a week or so but then it slowly starts appearing again. Also, when the user gets this error, they can refresh their browser window and it works properly.
Has anyone else seen anything like this?
After looking in the logs, it looks like the referrer is a valid URL, but it just reads gibberish for the URL. The other issue is that this is only being reported for this one site having this issue.
