I have a firewall XG330 in my organization since 2–3 years.
Since 1 month, we encounter some issues with the download of large files by FTP (our partners aren't allowed to send us big files, no matter the ftp server or the disk space available). This issue seems to be linked to large file (more than 5-10gb).
To bypass this issue, we've asked our partner to send us these files by WeTransfer, and the issue is the same; after some minutes the download is interrupted. I don't see anything very accurate in the logs for that, but my ISP tell me that it can't be from them and the issue is linked to my FW.
Can someone please help me if you've any idea? I already checked in application list and WeTransfer is authorized.
I tried to add WeTransfer domains in exception for web security according to the domains that WeTransfer give in their website.
I don't find the link between WeTransfer (wan) and ftp server (who are in our DMZ).
Any help will be appreciated, I'm lost now.
