Anyway to bulk enable Exceptions under Web - Exceptions

Question

Just imported the Office 365 templates (All services) as per method 2 below and the process to manually turn each one on is.

Agreed, it is easier if it is all in one. You can create as well and enable/disable using the XML API. You can export WebFilterException then use 7zip to edit the xml file in-place in the tar as text to set each one to Enabled. Note: expanding the tar and editing it, then compressing back to a tar is a pain to get the format exactly correct. Easier to use 7zip.

 There would be no option to enable multiple exceptions at this time, each has to be turn on manually. 
 
 This would be a Feature Request, I'd recommend you to reach out to your Account Manager, Sales Engineer or Sales Representative so that they can enter this request into our system. 
 Additionally, you can use the in-product feedback in the Sophos Firewall located in the Top Menu Bar
