Hello, Try FQDN. Something like: sophos.company.com . In this case, "company.com" is your local domain. You can add a DNS record for that: Configuration> Network> DNS > New Record: sophos.company…

Thanks so much dude! but, it look like something is missing, if I verify the option, i get a green check, but cant access to the captive portal, any idea? thanks.
