Hi im am Looking for a way to perform automatic firmware updates on a sophos firewall.
Is there a way to set a certain time in the firewall where it regulary checks for updates and installs them if nessesary?
And another question does the automatic installation of hotfixes cause the firewall to restart?

Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.
You can do this via Sophos Central, where Central will show you automatically the Firmware upgrade once it’s available to be installed for the Firewall and then you can schedule it from there.
This isn’t possible to do directly in the GUI of the XG and no plans on the road map for this feature.
For your second question, no Hotfixes doesn't restart the system.
