Well, I found a couple of articles on here and have one last fix to try but all the articles are really old.
Basically we have installed a new XG. All rules are duplicated and working from old FW.
Issue is that randomly some users get "No Internet alert" (You know the little exclamation mark on the network status in the task bar) even though the internet and all services like Teams etc is working.
I believe the issue to be something with STAS and the auth before web access causing the endpoint to fail the connection test to the MS connection test sites.
All sites / ip's are in the allow and exclusions. No joy.
Any one have a recent update / fix for this?
I still have to do the system auth cta unauth-traffic drop-period 40 command but first mailed Support to confirm that I can do this.
