Heartbeat trial ended - Services status is dead and red icon -UPDATE

Hi, this is the service error,

If you try to do service -S on advanced shell you'll see this

if you don't need heartbeat just try to restart the service with

service heartbeat:restart -ds nosync

this command set heartbeat service as UNREGISTERED so it'll fix the red icon problem.

Now the service would look like this

And the problem seems to be fixed after reloading WebGui

I'm having this same issue, and when I run the command to set the process to unregistered I get "503 Service Failed".  It's on an XG135 running SFOS 18.5.2 MR-2-Build380

Hi, check that Security Heartbeat disabled under Sophos Central Menu

Then run the command when Security Heartbeat is off

Now get a orange icon which shows both items stopped.

I will give the XG115w a restart in the morning to see if that improves the situation.

i see on 18.5 mr2 that usually when i restart hearthbeat service comes out another enha... ecc service on orange status that also need a restart to fix 

ps. i don't remember the name of the service

I went through the steps described above then restarted the XG, now I have  a green service status.

There is definitely something wrong with the service, because when enabled the heartbeat service goes to stopped again.
