Change Contact Details in XG106

I have XG106 that has wrong contact information and I wanted to change the information. I have a Sophos ID that has all the proper information but cannot be connected to the firewall.

How can i change the registration information in the Firewall to sync with information on my Sophos ID

    Hi Narrah, 

    If you need to change any details on the Sophos ID, I suggest reaching out to the customer care team from the support portal

    If you've changed the details and it's not reflecting on the firewall, Try to re-synchronize your licenses and see if that work
